  • Edible Sativa?

    Hi Weednet people!

    I've been using edibles on and off for several years, and I've never had any luck with sativa (in edibles.)

    Does it work?

    The reason I ask, is because I make cannabutter all the time, but I do it with indica because that's the type of high I usually want (not high - STONED.) If I make cannabutter with sativa, is that going to work?

    I made a small batch of cannabutter a long time ago, with Blue Dream (sativa.) Maybe I did it wrong or something, but it didn't get me high at all. Then I bought some sativa edibles at a dispensary and same thing; no effect.

    Anyone ever got high on sativa edibles before? If so, what kind of edibles?

    While I don't make my own, I do buy edibles fairly often - one of my favorites is WYLD Gummies - I get them in CBD, indica AND sativa flavors and all do the trick.

    I think that you'd find very similar outcomes to using sativa as opposed to indica - I'm no professional, but I think you'd use the same amounts and take the same amounts - for results comparable to indicas.

    Let us know what you find out, but I've never heard, or experienced, of sativas performing less well in edible form.
