Nodelist

Hi,

a notice to the FTN nodes of WeedNet:
I've managed to create a nodelist for this network (using makenl) and I've also created scripts to automate the creation, uploading and hatching of
the nodelist.

That means, that (if everything is working as expected *g*) now every
friday a nodelist is created and will be sent out in a file echo to all
FTN nodes who subscribe to this file echo.

This can be accomplished as following:

Send a message from your BBS to filefix@42:2/1 with your areafix password
as subject and write
+WEEDNET-NODELIST
in the body.

There is also a fileecho called "WEEDNET-INFOPACK" where new infopacks
will be sent out, but that's for another day :)

FileFix in my BBS understands the following commands (note: there is no
way to "rescan" a file echo...):

%LIST List of all available areas (tags)
%QUERY List of linked / connected areas
