System: Ubuntu 22.04, same installation on two machines. Firefox is my
    browser, kept updated.

Attempted to install and run My5. Could not get it to work, every time
there would be a fault, and a request to try again later.
I complained, they could not explain the problem.
I did everything they suggested, disable Adblocker, etc etc., no joy.
Tried Chrome, straight in, no problem.

Ditto with ITVX. They said they detect4d I was using a VPN, and/or was
outside the UK. I am in East Anglia, my ISP is Zen, based in
    Lancashire.
Tried Chrome, the same as My5, no hassle, straight in.

    What's the story here?

    Questions :

    1. Who did you ask for support ?
    2. Is Ubuntu up to date and if so what is the exact version ?
    3. What is the firefox version (exact) ?
    4. What on earth is My5 and is it specified to work with Ubuntu and v22.04

Note 22.04 is not the latest version of the 22 series release.

Sorry cannot check this at the mo, as my Mozilla products are not working
after a fresh distro on a new mobo install along with Win 11 as both
causing problems having installed them on a new M.2 SSD and yes will no
doubt force me to do a full reinstall of win 11 then Mageia 9 and may be
Ubuntu 22.04 or later but not 24.nn.

Item 4. My5 is Channel 5's streaming service, like iPlayer. See:https://www.channel5.com/show/diana-rigg-from-avengers-to-all-creatures-a-celebration
which is what I was trying to stream.

    Item 1. My5.

Item 2. Up to date, ver. 22.04.5

    Item 3 FF ver. 136.0.2 (64-bit)

As Chrome works, this is not so important now, but it would still be interesting to know the answer.

    Thanks for reply.
