• Mageia still alive?

From Markus Robert Kessler@2:250/1 to All on Saturday, November 04, 2023 16:13:25
    Hi all,

during the past few days I tried several times to get my email address
changed in Mageia's bug reporting system.

Though, it is weird that an "identity management" form cannot even change
    the current email address,
it is even more annoying that they tell the users to use a page out of
Mageia Bugzilla to create a bug report (!) to let them change your email.

And, finally, after doing so, you do not even get a response!
What the heck are they doing?

How can one get this fixed?

    Markus

You're not the first to get angry about this. In the headers of the list's emails there are email addresses for subscribing and
    unsubscribing, but they don't work.

The lists have traffic but there appears to be no one else responsible
    for maintaining the system.

In my humble opinion, you should adopt a group on Telegram or some
    other similar application.

    Follow the instructions.

Unsubcribe from all the lists you have,
then use a bug report to change the email.

Worked well for me and didn't take long either.

My first thought was the software must have been written by Northwick Park Hospital's team. The clinical staff are brilliant, The admin is crap.
