2 lb Tomatoes (2 cans)
1 lg Onion; chopped
4 cl Garlic; minced
2 c Water
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Liquid pepper seasoning
1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
4 ts Dry mustard
4 ts Chili powder
2 ts Celery salt
Place ingredients in large kettle and heat to boiling. Simmer,
stirring often, about 1 hour or until sauce it thick. Ladle into hot
sterilized jars to store.
Sauce may be used with pork chops, meat loaf, or spare ribs.
