1 c Almonds
1/2 c Flattened whole wheat or
- rice (poha)
2 Ripe bananas
1 c Seedless raisins
1/2 c Coconut milk or water
Grind almonds in an electric grinder and mash the bananas. Mix all the
ingredioents together and put in a greased bread pan. Bake at 400?F
for 30 minutes.
