    Title: Sweet Corn Rice
    Categories: Indian, Rice
    Yield: 4 Servings

    2 c Cooked rice
    1 c Sweet corn; cooked
    1 tb Cashews; chopped
    2 tb Ghee
    1 Cinnamon stick (1")
    1 ts Salt

    In large pan, heat ghee and fry the cashews and cinnamon. Add the
    remaining ingredients, mix well, and serve.
