6 c Milk
3/4 c Rice
1/2 c Raisins
1/4 ts Green cardamom powder
1/2 Bay leaf
2 c Jaggery
Cook rice with milk and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Simmer for 40 minutes until rice starts to thicken, stirring often.
Remove bay leaf and add jaggery, raisins, and cardamom powder. Serve
either hot or cold.
