1 c Zucchini; coarsely grated,
- drained
1 c Carrot; grated
3 Eggs
1 c Onion; chopped
1/3 c Dill
1/2 c Mint leaves; chopped
1/2 c Parsley; snipped
1 c Muenster; grated
1/2 c Feta; mashed
Salt, pepper, paprika
1 1/2 c Flour
Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well with flour. Turn
into a well-greased 9" square baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes at
350?F until bnrowned. Cut into squares.
