Cook zucchini in small amount of boiling salted water for about 5
minutes. Mix together next 3 ingredients and fold in egg white. Layer
in 1 qt casserole dish half the squash, egg mixture, cheese, and
bacon. Repeat. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated 350?F oven
for 20 minutes.
