2 c Rice
3 1/2 c Coconut milk
1 Onion; sliced
1 c Nuts (peanuts, pistachios,
- cashews, or almonds)
2 tb Ghee
Cook rice in coconut milk and set aside. Heat ghee in a large pan and
saute the onion. Add nuts and cook for 2 more minutes. Stir in rice
and mix well. Serve garnished with nuts.
