    Title: Hungarian Noodles
    Categories: Hungarian, Pasta
    Yield: 2 Servings

    3 c Wheat pasta spirals
    1/2 c Sour cream
    1/2 ts Paprika
    2 ts Poppy seeds
    1 tb Capers
    Salt; to taste

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and mix in
    the sour cream. Gently reheat to piping hot, stir in paprika, poppy
    seeds, and capers, and serve with a colorful salad.

    Variation:

    Substitute nutmeg for paprika, but use slightly less.
