We've all had users like that at one time or another. What I did, back when I had local user bases, was to limit the user to local posting only, let them know how I expected them to behave, and let them show consistent behavior - then let them back on. It worked for a couple of users, another

I don't know what this user is doing that would be considered worthy of limiting their activity and such..
