SPLITTER v1.0  -  A utility allowing a SysOp
to take a very large,  useless  DOWNLOAD.TXT
file and split it into 2 files. The first of
which holds all upload entries and the other
holds all download entries.    I then delete
the original  as  well  as the download info
but you can archive it if you like. FREEBEE!
