Fixed a problem with keyfile in MAILING.EXE.
Removed  some of the  limits on unregistered
versions.  The Most  Complete User  Security
and   Registration  Maintenance  System  for
PCBoard available.  (Ver. 4.01 had the wrong
MAILING.EXE file in it!)
