Delta 8 is harsh to say the least. It's ok if its your only option. I kind of get a body stone from it.

Personally, I prefer the ensemble affect of THC as opposed to an isolation of a single minor cannabinoid, some say it is smooth while others say it is harsh, to me, it's like smoking dehydrated stale shake :(
