    Hi All,

Yesterday morning at 10:10 I've discovered a system halt of the complete central fidonet system
that takes place on 18th at 0:15 (15 min's after midnight)

On restart attempts the disk storage subsystem hungs in an endless loop of the adaptec raid system 6405T

Today morning I've found the time to investigate further the failure and identified a HDD crash on #3 of 4 disks in the disk subsystem.
restoring the raid configuration and removing the faulty disk let continue the boot process of the system.
So today high noon 12:54 the system did come back online.
Disk replacement and rebuild probably will continue on Wednesday after replacement is shipped.

    regards, uli ;-)

Since a while all replacements - I am getting credit notes (I mean warranty covered, in my country). Due to more than doubled cost increase.
