Title: Hrybok (Omelet Noodles)

Yield: 1 Batch
1 tb Butter
2 Eggs; separated
1/8 ts Salt
2 tb Water
2 tb Flour
Cream the butter and add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well
after each addition. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Beat the egg
whites until stiff, and fold into the mixture. Butter a large pan and
heat it well, and then pour the mixture into it. Bake in a moderate
oven (350?F) until the omelet is set. Cool and slice it into
noodles. Serve with a clear soup.
